CANCELLATION POLICY
POLICY: ✨Cancellations/Rescheduling less than 48 hours of the appointment time are charged a 50% cancellation fee. ✨No shows or Late arrivals after 15 minutes of the appointment time are cancelled and charged a 100% cancellation fee. ✨$20 Late fees are added to appointments that arrive later than 10 minutes of the appointment time. ✨No one under 16 will be serviced unattended. ✨No refunds. Fixes are available at the discretion of the business for dissatisfied clients if requested within 48 hours after the service.
